William Bell is a contemporary artist, Printmaker, and designer from the North East of England who works across several disciplines, including installation, painting, printmaking, photography, and graphic design. Choosing to work with the preloved and lo-fi, enables mountains of experimentation for new assertive ways of using the materials to hand. 

 

Looking for the beauty and complexity within the snafu often means stumbling across a chemical reaction within materials or just leaving something long enough for it to develop character on its own. Repetition and remix serve as a method of working to produce expansive bodies of work, and in-depth searches into the possibilities a material or medium can offer.
